MN Valley Area Learning Center students select the 2nd winner of the $1000 technology grant.

Brandon Raymo, a Yellow Medicine East Social Studies teacher, is the happy recipient of the second $1000 technology grant. Brandon used a variety of technology tools including podcasts, RSS feeds, and educational gaming sites. Brandon is also the facilitator of the Social Studies eLearning Community.
The final drawing for the 3rd $1000 technology grant will take place on May 5, 2009 at the Principals' Council meeting. To be eligible for this drawing, teachers must have their 10 technology tool's template submitted to the MRVED by May 1.
