Determining the Gap
The "Blue Sheet"

How do you figure out what should be the overarching goal for your lesson study team? Use the Blue Sheet called Determining the Gap to identify the areas where you would like to see your students improve.
Remember to do the left column first "Your Ideal". The far right column second "Actual". And then compare the two columns to find "The Gap", which is the center column.
Complete the first page individually. The second page is done as a team.
