1315 E. Black Oak Avenue – between Art’s Dairy Freeze on the west and the Masonic Lodge on the east.

 From the east – heading west on Hwy #7:

 As you are coming into town on Hwy 7, look for the McDonald’s Restaurant on the south (left) side of the road.  You will be turning south (left) onto 17th Street between McDonald’s and the Dairy Queen.  Go one block to the stop sign and turn west (right) onto Black Oak Avenue.  Go approximately 1-½ blocks; you will see a one story building that is burgundy on the bottom half and tan on the top on the north (right) side of the road.  There is a sign in the parking lot that reads MN Valley Area Learning Center.  You can park anywhere in the lot and enter the building through the door farthest to the east (or right) when you are facing the front of the building.

 From the west – heading east on Hwy #7:

As you are coming into town on Hwy 7, look for the Dairy Queen on the south (right) side of the road.  You will be turning south (right) onto 17th Street between the Dairy Queen and McDonald’s.  Go one block to the stop sign and turn west (right) onto Black Oak Avenue.  Go approximately 1-½ blocks; you will see a one story building that is burgundy on the bottom half and tan on the top on the north (right) side of the road.  There is a sign in the parking lot that reads MN Valley Area Learning Center.  You can park anywhere in the lot and enter the building through the door farthest to the east (or right) when you are facing the front of the building.

 From the north heading south on Hwy #29:

As you enter the city limits, you will intersect Hwy 7 (intersection of Food-n-Fuel and the Super Wash car wash).  Turn east (left) onto Hwy 7 and look for the Dairy Queen on the south (right) side of the road.  You will be turning south (right) onto 17th Street between the Dairy Queen and McDonald’s.  Go one block to the stop sign and turn west (right) onto Black Oak Avenue.  Go approximately 1-½ blocks; you will see a one story building that is burgundy on the bottom half and tan on the top on the north (right) side of the road.  There is a sign in the parking lot that reads MN Valley Area Learning Center.  You can park anywhere in the lot and enter the building through the door farthest to the east (or right) when you are facing the front of the building.

  From the east heading west on Hwy #212:

 When you come to the first set of stoplights in Montevideo, you will see Country Kitchen on your west (left) and the Texaco Station directly ahead.  Go straight through the stoplights and you will automatically be on Hwy 7 heading east.  Look for the Dairy Queen on the south (right) side of the road.  You will be turning south (right) onto 17th Street between the Dairy Queen and McDonald’s.  Go one block to the stop sign and turn west (right) onto Black Oak Avenue.  Go approximately 1-½ blocks; you will see a one story building that is burgundy on the bottom half and tan on the top on the north (right) side of the road.  There is a sign in the parking lot that reads MN Valley Area Learning Center.  You can park anywhere in the lot and enter the building through the door farthest to the east (or right) when you are facing the front of the building.

From the west heading east on Hwy 212:

Hwy 212 will take you right into Montevideo.  When you get to the first stoplight (Country Kitchen on your right and Texaco on your left), you will want to turn east (left).  Follow Hwy 7 around the beltline and look for the Dairy Queen on the south (right) side of the road.  You will be turning south (right) onto 17th Street between the Dairy Queen and McDonald’s.  Go one block to the stop sign and turn west (right) onto Black Oak Avenue.  Go approximately 1-½ blocks; you will see a one story building that is burgundy on the bottom half and tan on the top on the north (right) side of the road.  There is a sign in the parking lot that reads MN Valley Area Learning Center.  You can park anywhere in the lot and enter the building through the door farthest to the east (or right) when you are facing the front of the building.

From the north heading south on Hwy #59/7:

 You will want to stay on Hwy 7 and head east.  When you come to the first intersection, which is a stop sign in Montevideo, you will see Pioneer Village straight ahead.  You want to turn left and head east on the Hwy 7 beltline. Look for the Dairy Queen on the south (right) side of the road.  You will be turning south (right) onto 17th Street between the Dairy Queen and McDonald’s.  Go one block to the stop sign and turn west (right) onto Black Oak Avenue.  Go approximately 1-½ blocks; you will see a one story building that is burgundy on the bottom half and tan on the top on the north (right) side of the road.  There is a sign in the parking lot that reads MN Valley Area Learning Center.  You can park anywhere in the lot and enter the building through the door farthest to the east (or right) when you are facing the front of the building.

From the south heading north on Hwy #59:

 When you come to junction 59 and 212, turn east (right) and that will take you right into Montevideo (59 and 212 run together to Montevideo).  When you get to the first stoplight (Country Kitchen on your right and Texaco on your left), you will want to turn east (left).  Follow Hwy 7 around the beltline and look for the Dairy Queen on the south (right) side of the road.  You will be turning south (right) onto 17th Street between the Dairy Queen and McDonald’s.  Go one block to the stop sign and turn west (right) onto Black Oak Avenue.  Go approximately 1-½ blocks; you will see a one story building that is burgundy on the bottom half and tan on the top on the north (right) side of the road.  There is a sign in the parking lot that reads MN Valley Area Learning Center.  You can park anywhere in the lot and enter the building through the door farthest to the east (or right) when you are facing the front of the building.
